Baked and Breathing was started by two best friends who work together in EMS and wanted to create something fun, meaningful, and delicious on the side.

What began as fresh-baked bread shared with local fire stations, EMS coworkers, and dispatchers has grown into a small bakery rooted in community, comfort, and connection. Each loaf is made with care, a love for simple ingredients, and the hope of bringing a little warmth to the people who work hard for others every day.

At Baked and Breathing, we believe bread should feel homemade, honest, and shared. Whether it’s delivered to a station, enjoyed between calls, or brought home to family, every loaf is baked with heart.
